Mess happens — especially during mealtime. Designed for real-life feeding, our Catch the Mess Bib helps protect outfits, reduce cleanup, and support babies as they learn to eat independently.

Unlike traditional bibs, this bib attaches to the underside of your high chair tray to create a built-in no-gap food catcher, stopping dropped food before it hits the floor, chair, or baby’s lap. Less mess, less stress, more time enjoying the moment.

Why parents love it:

︎♡ Creates a no-gap pocket to catch dropped food

︎♡ Attaches securely under most high chair trays

︎♡ Supports baby-led weaning and self-feeding

︎♡ Helps reduce stains, spills, and food waste

︎♡ Soft 100% cotton flannel for everyday comfort

︎♡ Adjustable neck closure for growing babies

︎♡ Machine washable and dryer safe (gets softer with every wash)

Designed for all feeding stages — from first foods and baby-led weaning to older babies and toddlers — this bib grows with your little one through every messy milestone.

Each order includes adhesive hook strips for permanent placement on your high chair. Prefer a removable option for travel or shared spaces? Removable hook strips can be used instead.

Designed for real-life mealtimes, this bib helps parents reduce mess while supporting self-feeding from first bites through toddler meals.

Always supervise your child during mealtime.

Setting Up

  • Remove the 3 sticky back strips from the bib
  • Remove the tray table from your highchair and place it upside down
  • Take the loop strips on the bottom of the bib and place them around the inner edge of the tray to determine where to adhere the sticky strips. (Hint - place strips on a flat surface)
  • Remove the backing from the 3 strips and place one in the center, one toward the left and one toward the right creating a semi-circle.
  • Press down to allow strips time to adhere properly.

Everyday Use

  • Once your child is in their highchair and table tray is secure, place the bib around your child’s neck.
  • Attach the loop strip along the bottom of the bib to the strips underneath the highchair tray creating a pocket.
  • When your little one is done eating, empty the pocket into trash  to reuse the bib later or place in the wash if needed.

Our bibs are made of 100% cotton flannel. When you are ready to wash them, place them in the washing machine with cool water and tumble dry low. The first wash may cause some shrinking due to our bibs being made of only cotton. But do not worry, this will only happen once. As an added bonus, our bibs get softer with each wash.

Ideal For

︎♡ First foods and baby-led weaning

︎♡ Messy meals at home or on the go

︎♡ Toddlers who still drop food

︎♡ Parents wanting easier cleanup

︎♡ Less mess and less food waste
