Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our products please email us before mailing them back at contact@tinytotco.com. We are here to help and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If we are unable to fix the issue we will ask you to provide your order number for the purpose of initiating a return. Tiny Tot Co. is unable to pay the shipping cost for returns but will cover the shipping cost back to the customer on an exchange. A return label will be sent to your email once a return has been established.

We gladly accept returns on all UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Returns must be in their original packaging. Tiny Tot Co. reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements.

Please allow 7-14 business days from the time we receive your package for your return to be processed.
